Excellent job again by your team. My only comment would be to order the parts you know are needed as opposed to waiting until the car has been taken apart and hopefully that would speed up the repair timeline. Again, you do great work and i will continue to work with your team if/when needed in the futire.

I stood before a wall, meticulously adorned with thoughtful reviews, when a voice echoed from behind. "Tell me," it began, drawing my attention, "Do you settle for the mundane 'great job, 2 thumbs up'? Or do you pursue the 'above and beyond', especially in writing reviews?"I turned to find Mr. Combs, his eyes brimming with playful challenge. Intrigued, I replied, "Challenge accepted. But I'll have you know, I might not be the amateur you think I am." My smirk betraying my confidence, I added, "All those years studying English and honing my writing? They're about to pay off."A knowing grin spread across Mr. Combs' face. "I might have heard a thing or two about you," he teased. I straightened, readying myself for the impending challenge. Thank you for the wonderful car repairs and taking the time for me to interview you on the concerns about the Changing Landscape of Family-Owned Body shops.These are some of the my take away: Acquisitions and New Ownership: 3C Body shop and both Rife's Autobody's were sold to Hedge fund CenterOak Partners under the name of Collision Right. Dennis Glassburn was acquired by a Canadian entity going by Gerbers Autobody. Fred Rieser was sold to Hedge fund A&M Capital and using the name of Crash Champions. Impact on Community Fabric: The recent changes in ownership raise questions about the future of personalized and high-quality service in the body shop industry. Concerns about whether the values and principles that made these body shops unique will remain intact under new ownership. Preserving Legacy and Workforce: Encouragement to the new owners to uphold the legacy left by the previous family, emphasizing customer satisfaction and community involvement. Importance of maintaining the skilled and experienced workforce to continue providing top-notch service. Communication and Transparency: Encouragement for open lines of communication with loyal customers and the community to address concerns and build trust. Support and Loyalty: Willingness to offer support and loyalty if the commitment to exceptional service and community involvement continues under the new management. This will be a part of my " What happen to the middle class". Thank you again for your time and great work.
